- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆God bless H&R Block for fixing the mess this Jackson Hewitt Derby office made of my 2014 taxes. The JH preparer told me my joint tax return needed to be done separately from my revocable trust even though they have the same tax id number. Not true! He didn't sign the tax return, had to make another appointment to get him to sign. Took the return he did to H&R block up on McKinley and they straightened the returns out and only charged me $250. JH charged me $350 for one return plus NY charged me a $43 late fee because JH had NY giving me a rebate of $2100 that they came back and said I was not entitled to. When I asked the JH preparer about this he only argued with me. BEWARE!!!By michael bamberg, August 16, 2017
